The Coaching Process
The Coaching Process
Our program is known for building a collaborative trusting relationship with you as we work together. You are a partner and participant in designing the action plan to reach your ultimate performance goals. When you participate in the decision making process you are more apt to be accountable and committed to the process.
Introductory Meeting
We get to know one another. I familiarize you with my coaching philosophy and process. We determine your performance goals and agree on a plan.
Assessment
Includes: The TriMetrix® EQ. A Behavioral, Motivational and Emotional Quotient (EQ) Assessment which examines the behaviors that you bring to the job, what drives you into action, and your emotional intelligence.
Assessment Feedback Meeting
We meet to review the results of the TriMetrix®EQ assessment.
Action Plan
After gaining insight into your behaviors, motivators, and social skills, we follow a goal setting process and I guide you in designing an action plan to achieve behavioral outcomes.
Coaching Session Assignments
You will engage in pre and post session assignments.
Coaching Sessions
Your development takes place over eight, one-hour sessions, excluding our introductory and assessment meetings. During the coaching process I will be available to you for check-ins.
Wrap-Up Meeting
We meet to review goals, outcomes, and your feedback, and discuss your next steps.
Duration
This coaching process typically takes place over six months. We can work in person and virtually.
Accountability
I create accountability measures at every step, including pre and post assignments. In my experience, when you take ownership of your goals you become more self-reliant, productive, and confident. I am in your corner and will have your best interest at the top of my agenda. I am passionate and driven. Your goals become mine. And of course, everything we discuss is confidential and in the interest of helping you develop and achieve your goals.
